Diagnostic Port

Well, my Prelude is typically a great daily driver and just needs brake and oil changes, but last night I was headed back from school and my CEL popped on.

So now my vtec doesnt hit, unfortunatly, one of my favorite parts- now I find myself riding around in a sexy looking 2.2 liter tub that is about as fast as a kia.

Anyhow- I took the car to autozone and they couldnt find my diagnostic port, I looked and couldnt find it, where the hell is it?

I can't post pics of underneathe my dash to show you (post count), but could someone post up a picture of where it is?

My car is a 1998 Prelude (Base? Not the SH) Although I seriously doubt it changes where the port would be.

Anyway, thank you very much for whoever can answer this.

Its on the passenger side of the center console, to the right of the radio, you have to pull off a piece of carpeted thing. IDK if that will help but its there somewhere.

I love you. Like, I really do. I never would have looked there.

Thanks, I would post more pics but I have to wait for 15 more posts- its pretty much show and no go- I just have an intake on it performance wise, and more stuff than I can remember to make it look neat without ricing it out, HIDs, blacked out lights, tint etc.

My CEL turned out to be an improper 02 sensor reading, I tossed some Lucas fuel treatment in and hopfully that will do the trick- eventually it will probably have to be replaced, but I have some passing power now! lol.
