Oil light

so even though my oil level is fine its still blinking like a mother****er

could be a sensor or a problem w the pressure

just looked around this thread has decent info my oil light keeps coming on

I would agree with another post about the oil pressure as it does make sense if you are getting bad oil pressure signals to the ECU the VTEC solenoid may not engage properly or there could be a leak/clog on the VTEC solenoid gasket. Good luck

oil pressure sensor could be bad.


an issue with the vtec solenoid leaking would be pretty obvious and not allow engagement, but not so much as cause a flashing oil light.

probably your oil sensor is messed. i just had mine replaced a week ago and everything is smooth sailing.
