Icon5 Clutch looses/regains pressure while driving

My clutch pedal randomly loses pressure and sticks to the floor when pressed or while coasting but will regain if pulled up & pumped a couple times or will sporadically regain pressure on it's own for a few moment. It does not ever lose pressure while sitting or idling.

I've replaced the Master and Slave cylinders and have not found any leaks in the hydraulic line. Bled the thing for over an hour using the two man method and with a hose ran from the bleeder screw into a partially full bottle of DOT 4.

Fourth gear feels quite scrapey too.

It's a 2001 type SH

Thank you so much for any help, insight, or input.
