rough idle and hesitation

Ok, I'm new to PZ. Joined because I need some serious help. I recently had the starters nose cone break off and get lost in my bellhousing. I pulled the motor and got the pieces out, installed new clutch, and new starter. Then I put motor and tranny back in the car, refilled all the fluids plugged everything up right, then thought let's test drive...wrong. Now my car idles extremely rough and I have to hold the gas pedal to keep it running. I've adjusted the throttle cable and bled the coolant. I also checked all my vacuum hoses too. I'm really at a loss to why its acting up. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: rough idle and hesitation

The problem wasn't there until after the motor pull, but I'm positive everything was hooked back up right

I've got the Honda service manual, all vacuum lines, wiring and hoses are all right. Is there a way to check the map sensor? What else would cause the car to run so rich that the cat glows?

Re: rough idle and hesitation

Also, just checked/cleaned IACV and FITV...I have no access to a code reader to find out what codes are being thrown. Thinking maybe EGR isnt functioning properly. Is it possible to clean the ports without drilling the plugs?
