Good times droppin' the Lude

What's up everyone,

So a few weeks ago, I bought some KYB shocks and some crappy adjustable coils from some shady craigslist dude that totaled his 2000 driving home from a Raven's game.

Yesterday I met up with element600rr and he helped me drop her :) Thanks go out to Big Mike for letting us use his garage.

Here are some pics.

GR-2's on the front.

Excel-G's on the back.

At first, she was dropped so low (like 2.5") that the upper control arm would hit the chassis cause the springs are so soft.. :/ I needa get on that replacement, shoulda done my research on the springs, but I'll go with the looks for now..

His lude makes mine feel like a grandma prius.. I guess I'm gotta start rationing my food since there's better things to spend money on.

Ludes chillin'

See the reflection of the white car on his lude? Mike's demon integra's pushing 460whp. When he took me for a drive, I almost shat my pants..

Had a great time, brought a bottle of patron and woke up on element's couch, lol
So hungover on the way home, I had to get her to the car wash.. just cause..

PZ's where it's at, you guys are awesome.

Power to the people, yo

Keep an eye on those stop rings on the coilovers. Dont want to end up slammed like mine did due to the rings backing off.

man I was pissed...

Re: Good times droppin' the Lude

So it was dropped 2.5? What is it in the picture and did it affect your camber much? I really want to drop mine about 1.5" just not sure about needing a camber kit

That's funny you say that.. they've been on wrong ever since I got it.. I noticed that the other day coming out of a conference.. They probably got swapped when they rotated the tires or something, forgot to switch 'em out..

yeah, huh.. I think I'm gonna invest on some ground controls, the adjustability is a plus in this city..
