5spd swap. Stripping a car for parts.

I'm going to pull parts for a 5spd swap. Should be an easy pull because the trans is pulled, as well as the entire exhaust. Besides, shifter, boot, cables, cylinders, sensors, and nuts/bolts,, what else should I remember to get? Would I be better off pulling the Ecu and wiring harness as well?

About how long will it all take? I have about 1-1/2hrs to do it. (get kids @ school) I just hope my forgetful mind doesn't rush through and forget things.

Picked up what I could. Vss and reverse sensor was gone, but I got the mounts and 3 Gator race shafts, intermediate as well. $254 not bad, I guess. Considering the trans I'm getting is a free rebuilt trans of an h23.
