Headlights?

Hey guys, I'd like to know how can I get my car to look like this. I think it looks amazing but I don't know if I need to change the headlights, buy some lids or maybe even the hood because I don't see any lines. So yeah I'm looking for your answers.

Re: Headlights?

This lude has a custom hood to make it look like this! When the hood is lifted it has the normal headlights. It does look sick though!

Re: Headlights?

That's what I thought :/...Those headlights are CCFL Halos? They look really sick, but I read that ebay healights aren't good, is it true?

Re: Headlights?

Stay away from eBay halos go with retros and you will be so much happier in the long run. Get in touch with prelude1897 about some retros.

Re: Headlights?

The CCFL's with the slim ballast are awesome! I found a package deal that includes everything for 310.....Honda Prelude 97-01 CCFL Projector Headlights - Chrome with HID Kit

I saw them on a lude in Atlanta with the 8000k and it was a very nice look....I wish they had 10000K in a package deal

Re: Headlights?

I like the way halos look but the quality isn't the greatest. The biggest problem I had were halos kept burning out and poor light output from the projectors even with hids in them. Retros were one of the best mods that I have done to my car from a look and performance stand point. And yes retros are expensive. 1baddbb6 got some from another guy that is a little cheaper on the pocket and still look nice.

Re: Headlights?

You could use eyelids but from close up you could tell it wasn't the hood.

They range from $350 to $1000 depending on which ones you get and from who.
