Need inner dizzy seal...

Does anyone know where I can get one of these? The dealer said they don't sell them and then tried to sell me a new dizzy. Someone has to know where i can get a new seal.

FYI, I am not referring the external seal that sits in the head and is easy to change. I need the one that in on the inside and requires the dizzy be disassembled.
