Headlight question/Problem

Hey guys, when i bought my lude it came with ebay projector lights and the light was always messed up because the bulb would point straight down and the screw to adjust them up was stripped. i bought the OEM headlights , thinking that would fix it. Installed them and the lighting still sucks! i used the same bulb so im thinking its the bulb. The bulb is an HID bulb. either 6k or 8k. do you think since its a 35 watt HID kit that it doesnt produce much light to begin with, causing it harder for it to produce a lot of light.

Re: Headlight question/Problem

the problem is putting a PnP kit into headlights that don't handle HID's. You're going to have scattered light and hot spots. The best way to fix the issue is to have a retrofit done

Re: Headlight question/Problem

you should just get some regular halogen bulbs. They sell some that are very powerful and look pretty good. Pepboys/Autozone...
