Help me identify this windshield wiper part

Hey guys I need help identifying this windshield wiper part/washer thingy (don't know what its called). I have attached a photo of the part that is broken in my wiper assembly, and circled it in red. I believe that it is the white washer type thingy that is causing the problem as it is missing a piece from it. I read online that its parts 8 and 9 from Majestic Honda~link http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...NDSHIELD+WIPER , but I'm getting mixed responses online of which part number it is. I really need this fixed as its starting to rain in Southern Cali and my wipers are constantly hitting each other/going off the windshield. Thank you in advance.

~EDIT-To clarify the driver side hits the passenger when they go down not when they go up, and only the driver side hits/goes off the windshield on the upswing.

Well for now you can rig it to be like them ghetto Civics by resetting your passenger wiper to wipe the front window like a V-shape instead of the standard somewhat 90 degree wipe til you get that part replaced or fixed!

Re: Help me identify this windshield wiper part

Looks like you may need # 7 and #8 - the dust seal and nut. If your arm is damaged than yes you'll need #9 as well.

I would go check mine but i don't have it atm (storage) so maybe someone else can chime in to confirm.

Looks like a wiper arm bushing.
