In need of rod and bearing whats the best place to go

Whats good guys i just bought a 98 honda prelude sh 2.2 for 1,500 fresh the only thing is that thee kid i bought it from didnt put any oil in the car made it spun a bearing i havent had time to look under the motor but i already kno what im going to be replacing new bearing and a rod if anyone has one for sell laying around let me kno asap and for bearing brand what would be the best place to go. thanks.

most likley i think the kid spun the bearing i havent pulled out the oil pan yet but hopefully its just the bearings. he told me as soon as it started making that noise he shut the car off and never drove it he towed it home the other day i started it to listen to the sound to me it sounded like a spun bearing. i just dont have the funds to swap a new motor.

You need all the bearings. And you need to.plastigage it as well. You also need to pull the main off, so you might as well pull the engine. And probably just get a new one. Just my opinion.

and 98vtec was right i just pulled out the headers and damn smh sad story rip block that kid blew the block im from mass if anyone has a block with everything on there let me kno or a motor for cheap.
