Re: What size are the vacuum lines

I'd have to climb through my garage to tell you this, it's a jungle in there.
If nobody else gives you the answer, I'll get out there and check as I've alread done this and the boxes are sitting there.

Pretty sure it's 5/32" inner diameter? At least, that's what I remember.

Re: What size are the vacuum lines

The ones for the EGR solenoid and EGR valve are 5/32.

I'm not sure if they fit on any other part or not. I have a few other sizes laying around, but I don't have my car to test them on....

Not to jack a thread but I have heard mixed emotions on silicon lines. Why do people not like them. They don't seem to get brittle.

Got silicon radiator hoses and had to put OEM back on in a week. They seeped this red gunk **** all over my engine.

Re: What size are the vacuum lines

I could possibly see that from radiator hoses they get so hot but not the vacuum hoses.

Cool, Thank you ^^, Thanks everyone for the responses ill be replacing all of them today. "I thought they were all replaced already, guess i was wrong when i found out how brittle they were". As to why not silic hoses, i dont know they seem better, have u tried the rubber hoses with braided metal around them?
