I have no idea what you are talking about, I have an APEXI NOIR with stock bumpers..and the clearance is fine.

Re: Stock bumper kit and exhaust

Post a picture of your car.... do you have an aftermarket bumper or just a lip on your bumper that you're not aware about removing...

one inch higher rims ? a one inch larger in diameter would mean smaller sidewall on the tire.... 16" (stock) rims should be fine if you're complaining about drivability.

*facepalm* you're in NJ... the roads aren't THAT bad... post a damn pic and explain yourself better.

16" is the same as stock, the only difference with those is if it's a complete s2k set, one pair will be wider than the other. or he may have gotten 4 fronts or 4 backs... either way the height will be the same as stock rims.

you have wings west sides - just take them off and get some stock sides. most people throw them out so it shouldn't be hard to find. The wings west hang alot lower than stock ones...

looks like you're lowered 1" - 1.5" so get some stock shocks and springs if you want it higher and you'll be set.

is that rear molded into the quarter o.O' if so it may be an issue

There's no problem asking questions man. Just hard to understand when you're typing from a phone lol.

Here - pictures do alot more talking that trying to explain.

You need to check the suspension and see exactly what is on there - if they're coilovers you can raise it up no problem. but if they are just springs - you need a new setup

Re: Stock bumper kit and exhaust

The side skirts should only be held on with double sided tape - unless the last owner wanted to give more support and put in a few screws.

Take the wheel off and take a picture of your shocks/springs.

If there are threads with 2 collars than they're adjustable. if it's just a spring with a shock on the inside than they're not.
