clutch master cylinder leaked brake fluid

My 2000 Honda Prelude leaked brake fluid from the clutch master cylinder, after replacing the master cylinder, slave cylinder, and bleeding the brake fluid. Everything worked perfect. Now I cleaned up what i could of the brake fluid that went down my cabin and I dont know if it went under the carpet or not but that is my question. Has anyone had this issue? I dont know if I need to pull up my carpet or not, as I dont want my floor boards paint becoming stripped.

Thanks
