2000 SH Coilovers

Ok, this may be a stupid question, but I have been told by like 6-7 honda enthusiasts that my 2000 SH has adjustable coilovers. They are stock also. Is this true or are they just B.S.'n me?

B.S . Without a doubt. Sh has different shocks and springs but they are not in anyway adjustable coilovers. I do not know of any honda that came stock with adjustable coilovers. To my knowledge not even the high horse NSX.

Thats what I thought.

But now that thats outta the way, what type of suspension is recommended for the SH? There will be no auto X, just a daily driver with the occasional street race. Would fully adjustable coil overs be best, or just replace struts and springs?
