Knock Sensor P0325 issue, new knock sensor no fix

Hey guys,
Well Im back with a question. So i have researched this but I can't get an answer that says someone has fixed this issue.

So I bought this 97 prelude and it has a P0325 knock sensor malfunction code. I ordered one online, fianlly got it in and today i put it in. Well as soon as the car went through a drive cycle the code popped back up.
The wire to the sensor seems good, no apparent wear or exposed wiring.
I do not know what to do now??? The knock sensor is brand new and as you all know it is a pain to get to.

I have a few things I think could happen.
1st. there is no engine misfire code
2nd. Could improper torque cause an issue?
3rd. Would needing a valve adjustment cause the sensor the malfunction? My lifters are very loud right now waiting on a friend to help me do them.
4th. Is there an ohm load I could get on that one wire? If so what ohm load should I get?

Can I just remove the knock sensor from the engine and leave it plugged in, but have it secured somewhere it can not detect false knock?

What brand is it is the first question. Are you using 91 octane or higher fuel (question mark)

I know im late with this but often the PO325 is a circuit malfuntion as per OBD codes. Sounds like you have to replace the part and i have heard its a pretty difficult job. Anyway, there might be a local mechanic where you can put your trust into.
