Replica Mugen Bumper

Hey everyone. I am wanting to get a Mugen Replica front bumper but not sure where I should order it from. I was thinking ordering it directly from VIS Racing because they seem to have a good price (I can get the bumper + shipping for less than 300$). Plus they are the only ones I have heard nothing but good reviews about.

What do you guys suggest?

Re: Replica Mugen Bumper

A replica is a replica - if VIS has it i'd say just order it from them... it's going to be fiberglass and it only mounts via 2 screws in the corners if i'm not mistaken. - just a heads up.

Re: Replica Mugen Bumper

I've heard the best way to install it is to actually put it over the stock bumper and cut out certain parts of the stock bumper.. I'm sure someone else on here knows what I'm talking about and can enlighten you a little more on how to do it..

If Vis has the best price or even a little more then the next place.. I'd get it from Vis

And the Mugen/rep looks gangsta on a black lude

the bumper i have right now is only held on by two screws and a plastic clip so it can't get much worse, thank you for the heads up though.

yeah I haven't looked too much into duraflex but my friends old eclipse had a duraflex front bumper on it and it wouldn't hold shape.

Re: Replica Mugen Bumper

I have the vis mugen rep front and it went on with no trimming are modifying at all. As for as being fiber glass as long as you careful you won't have anything to worry about. I have had mine on for over two years with out doing any damage to it.
