smoking from accelerating after stopped

hey guys,
I have a 97 prelude running at 190psi on 3 cylinders, but only cylinder 3 is at 186. My problem is that when I am a red light or stop sign, and I take off, the car shoots out a cloud of smoke. I can not notice it when normal driving, but only at a stop sign. Could this be the valve stem seals? Or the pcv?

the motor has about 180k and is auto. Thanks
