Need some offset advice...

I have searched, I have scoured the web and I havent come up with much. I am looking the wheel offset, rim size and tire size to create a semi flush or "sortaflush". I know this can be a guarded secret but I still have hope someone will help me out.

This is about the fitment I am going for.

Please font bother posting if your gonna bash the idea. I am just looking for proven wheel fitment with this type of set up. Though I am not against rolling the fenders, I'd like to also know at what point(sizes) am I gonna need to roll it. And coilovers will be bought within the next few weeks.

I guess so far Im considering 17x8 with a +35 offset and a 215/40/17 tire.

If you check out Rimtuck.com you will find a massive amount of setups ppl are rolling on for our cars. the 17x8 with the 35 offset seems to be the perfect set up for the 4th gen. Well at least the best that i have seen so far
