Icon5 Grille Help

I'm trying to replace my 98' Grille with 99-01. I have already popped off (and broken) the four clips. Now I can't the two bolts off on each side. It has some weird clip at the bottom of them.... How do you take them off??

Re: Grille Help

They should just be regular bolts, lefty loosey righty tighty.

The clips are just attached to the bumper to provide threads, they do not need to be taken off.

Re: Grille Help

Yea those, they should just come right out without much effort. Unless they are rusted to the clip on the bumper. Try spraying some pb blaster in there if thats the case.

Re: Grille Help

That must be the case because it almost looks like it's one piece...
