Replacing A/C Sub Assembly

My brother and I have decided to replace the whole Evaporator Sub-Assembly. Instead of just the expansion valve problem due to the high end restriction. Initial post about this is here AC High End = High Pressure. Another question before ordering the assembly. Would it be worth it to also replace the Receiver / Dryer / Accumulator while we are in there? He, my brother, said we could could go either way. Replacing the part or not. Any thoughts guys?
