Icon2 5th Gen Prelude hesitation PROBLEM!!!

I know everyone has posted this, BUT mine is not the same...its not just through 2-3k or at high ends. It is through the whole power band!! It seems as though it is driving with an e-brake on or something. It doesnt have any jerking or rough idle or anything. I feel as though I have lost a signifgant amount of power 20-30%??..... I cleaned my egr valve, egr ports, dizzy and cap and wires and spark plugs are good. I aslo put in a new fuel filter and cleaned the fuel system and even ran seafoam through the engine gas and brake booster. All sensors are good to go as well... I have no idea what this could be my next step is my cat, but has anyone had this and fixed it so I don't have to buy a whole new car with all these parts I am buying h . Also has anyone put in a hi flo cat into a 5th gen? Does it throw a CEL and if so how hard is it to get the O2 sensor in there? Thanks guys would really appreciate any input!!

Re: 5th Gen Prelude hesitation PROBLEM!!!

sounds like your exhaust system is clogged. make sure the cat hasn't start melting. also check your muffler and make sure its flowing okay. a friend of mine had his muffler filler up with water and it lost lots of power. had no idea how water got in there but check those two if you haven't already.
