ATTS Fluid change questions

My ATTS light popped on and from what i've read if it pops on without a CEL then it's probably just in need of a fluid change.

So I called the local Honda dealer to figure out what kind of fluid it needed and they told me it takes ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid).

This seems very odd to me so I obviously want to make sure this is correct before I go changing it out.

If this is correct then just say so, but if not please point me to the correct fluid. Also how many quarts does the ATTS light need? 1.5 is what I was told.
