Feel a slight thump in gas and cluth pedal

So today, I've been noticing that when I step into the clutch and shift into first, as I slowly release the clutch and give it some gas, I can feel the clutch pedal have a slight thump. Also, when I let go of gas a bit, I can feel it in the gas pedal too. Does anyone whats the symptom?
