RIMS

need to know if a bigger rim for example a 17 in will affect the performance of my car and will it rub with the tein ss coilovers installed and weres a good place to for wheels that a reasonably priced

I think you should be fine with it. I noticed when I had bigger wheels on my Civic it helped with gas mileage, by about 5-10 mpg. You should be able to see if it rubs once you have them on. If they do you could probably get some spacers and that should fix it.
