Timing belt waterpump cam seals changed now SMOKES

So my car was leaking oil near the timing belt so I decided to change the timing belt, water pump and all 3 cam seals. Now my car is smoking like crazy and it sounds like i have an intake when i press on the gas alittle hard.

Is this normal? I've done a search and found that the timing belt must settle in and this sound will do away. As for the smoke, my oil level is super high so i'll go and change the oil after work.

Take off the valve cover and look at the alignment of the cam gears. Thats usually where it'll be off.

Check the crank also. arrow should line up with one on the pulley.
