Fuel pressure regulator

Have anyone ever heard of one of this going bad?? 1997 base starts up fine idles great but once you open up the throttle it bogs bad. If I pinch off the fuel return line it revs up fine. Any help would be appreciated. Oh and it's got a fresh fuel pump in there also. Mahalo

Majestic Honda - The Internet's #1 Honda Automotive Parts Store

there are hundreds of sites online.

The filter is easy if you remove some stuff, otherwise find someone with small hands. It is do-able without removing anything, I did it twice.
