Motor mount problem?

Ok, so I have a new issue. Tonight my girflriend and I were just sitting in my car in the driveway listening to the radio. I had the A/C on and it seemed like everytime the compressor would kick on and the engine rpms would drop a little bit, the engine itself seemed like it was shaking/rattling a lot. It is the same problem I described in my earlier thread:

Could this be mounts?
I really effin' hope it's not. I don't know anyone with a cherry picker to pull my engine, and I REALLY don't want to pay a shop to replace my mounts.

Also, on a separate note, I changed my air filter today, and found that my air box wasn't air tight/flush with the rubber sleeve that's underneath (part number 13) of it that goes down into the front bumper (sorry don't know the correct terminology). So anyway I decided to fix that, so I unbolted the air box and took it out so that I could reposition it correctly, and when I did, I found this big (about 4 inches in diameter) rubber gromet with two disconnected vacuum lines, it was just laying disconnected down in that tube that runs down into the bumper (part number 5). First of all, I'm sure this huge loose gromet sitting in there was blocking a good amount of airflow from getting to my engine... But second of all, and more disturbing to me, is that I have NO idea where this part goes. Any idea of what this thing is?

I think it's number 4 in this picture. It could also be number 6 though, I'm not sure :-\

Aight the motor mount question is moot now, I don't care about that... I have more pressing issues. Last night I mis shifted pretty badly from 3rd into 2nd. I didn't go all the way into gear, I noticed how bad it was gonna be before the clutch was fully engaged and I got it out of gear, but even tho the clutch only engaged like half way and only for about half a second, for that half a second my engine SCREAMED... Probably like 9k easily. Needless to say I winced and my heart started racing, but the car drove semi-normal all the way home. Only real difference is that when it is idling it is making a "glug, glug, glug, glug" exhaust tone instead of the smooth revving exhaust tone I'm used to, kind of like it's misfiring or something, but from the engine bay it doesn't sound any different. There was no oil under the car this morning so I don't think I cracked my block luckily... I think I may have blown an exhaust valve seal or something along those lines. However... this morning on my way into work, my CEL and ATTS lights came on. Where do I find the CEL diagnostics port so I can check the codes? Pictures would be GREATLY appreciated. Well, I pulled my engine codes. Cylinder 1 is misfiring (Code 71)... I guess I'm gonna be doing a compression test this weekend. God I hope it is just a valve issue....

also.. I'm throwing a LOT of ATTS codes... i didn't write them all down cuz I'm at work and I didn't have time to write them all down.

but i think I saw:

72, 25, 42, and 43

I'll have to check again at lunch time.

I know that when your CEL comes on, your ATTS comes on as well by default, and both of mine came on together. But when I check the codes, should the ATTS be showing all of these codes if it's just on by default?
