Help with blinkers.

So I bought new OEM clear replica blinkers on ebay, and before even putting them on, I found a hole in them, don't know what its for, its not a deficency, because its like a plastic pod thats renforced. Figured I'd ask you guys, should I just fill it with silicon, or put them on and see if I get the fogged up moisture?

Here are some pics, sorry if they're big.

Re: Help with blinkers.

Forgot to mention, they go all the way through, incase you couldn't imply that, it goes through the housing, but not the lense or anything else, I don't know why its there or what its used for, so yeah.

Looks like that's where you put the bulb in.

Re: Help with blinkers.

there should be a little rubber hose that has looks like a u that goes on there as a vent. as it is it will probably take on water but with the hose it wont.

Re: Help with blinkers.

ahh crap, just came back to this, my jdm fogs have the hose, its still a vent hole though. you can probably plug it if you want if your wiring plug has a good seal.

Re: Help with blinkers.

I figured just to take a dab of silicon and plug it just in case.
