HELP: Fog light Install

hey guys, just got some fog-lights in from ebay and I'm having some trouble hooking them up..

This is the guide I'm basing myself on. (CLICK HERE)

My set comes with a harness but no "brown clips" as is the case with most/ if not all fog-light install guides...

The only wires I have are the Switch+connector (no problem), the fog light relay (no problem), the fog light split(what connects the "1st wire harness to the fog-light harness (the one directly connected to the lights on both sides, no problem here. I have a white "power wire" which I connected straight to my positive side of my battery, and green "ignition" wire which it says I need to connect to either fuse box or parking lights (I dont know how to do either), and 2 black ground wires (no problem here, i plugged them to the body of the car).

I've tried hooking up both the power and ignition wires to the positive side of the battery directly, but it didnt work... I'm not sure how I can hook up these fogs to my parking lights or what that wire even looks like (or where It's located) and I since I only have 1 green wire to connect to my fuse box and no "coupler" then I'm not sure how I can attach it to the fuse :S

Here's the included plan:

Should I take the green "ignition wire" and connect it to the Orange wire that comes pre-wired in the lude and leads to the fiusebox ? If so, how do I connect the other end to the connector port ?

Do I even need the external harness (shown on the right side of the pic)?

As for the white "power" wire, I need to hook that up to the battery somehow..... any ideas ?

any ideas ? lol im rly lost.

Re: HELP: Fog light Install

I just installed fog lights a couple months ago. you need to get the harness through the fire wall and your connectors are going to plug into the "in car" fuse box area, except for the grounds of course for which you will need to find a spare spot under the hood to attach them to. there is a certain way that you can connect them in the fuse box so that you can operate them independantly or they come on automatically when you turn your headlights on. unfortunately i can't remember what website i found that told me all about this but its out there somewhere and i'm sure some other ones as well. look around and you will find some. them again, your harness setup could be quite different to mine... some more pics might be useful

Re: HELP: Fog light Install

yeah it's not the same harness as the JDM fogs (which have the orange wires with the brown connectors that i am missing). The only wire I cant figure out the the "green ignition/switch" wire.... It's just a bare wire that I somehow have to plug into my indoor fusebox (i know here to plug it, just not how i'm supposed to take that bare wire and connect it to a fuse connector....)

Re: HELP: Fog light Install

Baroc, you have one BADASS looking prelude. I'm really digging that black hood paint scheme, the eyelids, and that yellow light.
I'm guessing that's retro-fitting?
Sorry I'm off topic, but you're Lude looks sooo good.
