I really do not think that they do. And with springs, valves, and retainers you will gain like 0 hp, you will be able to rev higher, but the only reason they make them is really for you to put in a cam. So if the piston are the same CR as stock and maybe a little lighter then you will have spent probably over $1,000 and you will be able to rev higher and gain like 0 hp, nice job lol.

Btw what company actually made the pistons you bought? Because there are not very many FRM friendly pistons.

Re: Horsepower Question???

If you use the wrong type of pistons on an h22 you will completely ruin your motor. So find out what type of pistons they are

because h22 engines have frm sleeves, which are tougher than your regular steel sleeves. so they will seriously f up your pistons

I thought it was that they expand differently than most sleeves and both the pistons and the motor got screwed up... Maybe your right though.

Those idiots are trying to help you save your motor. But go ahead and throw those mystery pistons in there and have a ball.

God I'm sick of all these pricks that sign up here "trying to learn," who just end up disrespecting the very people that are here trying to help them.

Re: Horsepower Question???

^^^They aren't talkin about u. They talkin about the OP and the 30-50 hp guy lol. I wish it was that easy to make power lol. OP as stated do NOT run thos epistons w/o sleeving the block or u will ruin ur motor. No ifs ands or buts. The only FRM compatible piston on the market atm is the Mahle Gold series piston. Anything else requires sleeving. To the 30-50 hp kid (im way too lazy to look back at ur name bc idc lol) i'm gonna be nice and just say if udw what ur talkin about....don't post. Theres realy no point in giving bad info bc thats not what anyones here for.
