Prelude Fog lights

One of my fog lights bulb is out, do i have to take out the whole front bumper to reach the back??

No just take your turn signal out

From the middle of the bumper look in and at the turn signal. Theres a single screw holding it in place.

for the driver's side, you may not even have to take out the turn signal. depends on how small your hands are

Wouldn't risk breaking a bulb. I just take out the signal then the fog.
