Brembo Calipers

Hey guys I want to put new calipers on my car, I was wondering will brembo calipers fit on a 2000 PRELUDE? Or would you recommend a different type of caliper?

Re: Brembo Calipers

It was about 2k for the whole kit (calipers rotors and pads) on their website

if u want prettier calipers just paint ur stock ones

unless you are doing some serious track time stock brakes are probably fine

Re: Brembo Calipers

Why do want them exactly?

NSX calipers fit and would be cheaper.. (not sure if it has to be modified or anything..just search if your interested)

But yeah the Brembo's fit

I really just want them or to have yellow ones. I saw Brembo have yellow that why I asked about them.

(andrewcjduong) The Project Mu's you were talking about the site does not say they fit Preludes.

Re: Brembo Calipers

You can find fake clips that go over your stock brake calipers if you really want the look of it. Just remember that if you decide to get a big brake kit of some sort, you'll have to consider your rim size and the clearance.

I got some Bremo rotors recently but the whole kit is expensive.

Re: Brembo Calipers

I was looking at the fake clips but it just looks so bad. Thats true about your rim size and the clearance. Would you say the best thing would be to paint them?

Re: Brembo Calipers

Use the G2 Caliper paint. It's brush-on and I hear it is the best stuff out there.

I am going to order me some and do mine once the rain goes away.

Re: Brembo Calipers

Painting calipers and having the paint stay on is all about the prep work. The amount you sand and stuff. Just spray bombing it will last you a day.

Re: Brembo Calipers

Duplicolor and VHT both make some pretty tough caliper paint.
