signal and fogs in a mugen bumper

will the factory turn signals and jdm fogs fit in a mugen front bumper. thinking of getting one but most of the aftermarket bumpers require some extensive work to install the lighting. didnt know if that was the case with the mugen

Not sure about the true mugen. but on the replica mugen you have to fabricate some brackets for the fogs and turn signals to fit in the kit.

yeah on teh mugen replica bumper u have to cut alot of it to make the turn signal and fogs sit in there it took me a few hrs to get it cut up and have it sit flush...and its gonna be hard to bolt it to the bumper without some custom fabrication to hold it in place

Re: signal and fogs in a mugen bumper

The factory signal lamps and fogs should fit directly into a Mugen replica front bumper. However when you find out the somewhat questionable quality of some replicas you understand the use of the operative word in the above sentence - should.

But if you buy a good replica then the process shouldn't be too hard.

Same here I have the vis mugen rep and it had to have slots cut in so the taps on the blinkers would have a place to go.

Re: signal and fogs in a mugen bumper

great feedback guys and thanks. just its the only aftermarket bumper that looks like it might go smoothly but i know in the oem bumper there are lots of important clips and spots to connect things to. thanks again.
