some kinda nocking

Hello,
Recently I have been hearing a nock on the driver's side when going from a stop also almost the same knock when the engine first starts.
Anyone has a solution to this problem or at least put me in the right direction to star looking for the source....

thank you

Re: some kinda nocking

Had same knock as did 2 others on here. Start saving money up. Piston slap/knock. I ended up replacing engine from cylinders scored too bad. Started at start up and gradually got worse. Made it about 200 miles until engine got replaced.

Like they say. If it's knocking. Don't answer. Nothing good will come.

if its more like a CLUNK whenever you take off or shift, your motor mounts are bad

Basically that's when I hear it but it's only on the drivers side, now is that a big job to fix?

Mounts are easy to replace, support the engine from below, unbolt mount, install new mount, remove support, have a beverage.

except the rear is a BITCHHHHHH.
front is the easiest, then drivers side, then tranny, then rear.
