Type-S vs Prelude

Hey Looking for a DD, was liking the prelude then searched up Prelude vs, found RSX type-S, same horsepower but more luxury and different style?
I searched for a related thread but couldn't find one.
for looks, Exterior Prelude>RSX Interior Prelude<RSX
What do you guys think

Re: Type-S vs Prelude

well if you ask a prelude forum they will tell you prelude is better(which is true lol) and if you ask an rsx forum they will tell you rsx is better

Re: Type-S vs Prelude

yea delete this thread or something, thought about it, rather have the nice exterior of a prelude than a RSX, those things just aren't my style, More of a girls car to be honest.
Even if the RSX gets better gas mileage.

Re: Type-S vs Prelude

honestly, the 5th gen interior is quite nice. if you really wanted to, swap in some rsx or s2k seats

Re: Type-S vs Prelude

whats faster? i say highly depends on driver. their stats are pretty close. where one excells, the other drops and vice versa. its an either or. its a perfect competition for our lude.

ditto / x2

take into consideration available parts you might want to get, the gas mileage, etc.

in terms of stock vs stock speed, (estimating), the rsx will probably take the lead off the line b/c of the gear ratio. but from experience, the lude will take a lead from a roll in 4&5th gear.

sooo, since youre looking for a DD... i think mileage and comfort are key.

Re: Type-S vs Prelude

^i think the lude will take a lead after second. From complete stop the lude will be shifting into 3rd when the rsx is still in second gear.
