new to prelude

so i bought a 99 prelude and i havent had the money to fix it up till now. one of the first things i want to buy is coil overs.

After i get that, I wanted to know what would be the first few parts that i should get first when i'm running everything on stocked at the moment?

Thanks.

Re: new to prelude

I'd say make sure your maintenance is up to date, though I don't know the condition of your car/engine, mileage, maintenance records, etc.
After that, just basic bolt ons I/H/E, browse around the 5th gen forum and see what others have used on their cars and what makes the best gains or bang for buck just kinda depends on what you're looking for.

Re: new to prelude

Skip the mods and work on your maintenance. No one wants to see/hear a lowered lude on Tein SS coilovers with a knocking engine and broken headlights. Not saying those are your issues but maintenance first...

Deffinatly make it nice to look at. Assuming the car is mint. Lower it and get a nice set of wheels.

Try and stay different then everybody else, get your lude to be your own style.

Re: new to prelude

mods won't mean anything if your car is about to fall apart...make sure you take care of all the maintenance stuff first, welcome to pz
