Hmmm. Any chance the elements on your mirror are cooked? Do both mirrors not heat up?

Re: power mirrors wont work!

Actually. Heated mirrors came stock for us Canadians (taxes paid off:P) but from what I am guessing, were optional for the Americans, and Japan had the folding mirrors. You sure your cars not from the US?

Re: power mirrors wont work!

yeah every prelude i have seen be it SH or SE has had heated mirrors in canada.... UNLESS so you have CF trim ? if so maybe some one bought it from an american car thus giving it no heated mirror button

but back to the point first see if your getting ground and power at both the switch and fuse if so then maybe the motors in your mirrors are gone ? i have never seen them go before but im sure they do

Re: power mirrors wont work!

Does ur speedo read in kilometers? Lol

I know for a fact that all Canadian ludes had heated mirrors.. I have a canadain se and it has heated mirrors..

If the switch is fine then something on the mirror is probably burnt out.. Wish I could help you more!

Re: power mirrors wont work!

The canadain model reads up to 240 :)

Another way to find out if it's Canadian is by looking at the visors.. USA/japan models have English and Japanese and the Canadian models have English and French

People switch things out though

Hope you figure it out.. Or you're gonna have to roll your window down and poke it with your finger (mirror..not hooker)

Re: power mirrors wont work!

can you hear the motors trying to turn the mirrors? just because the switch is ok doesn't mean the circuit is ok, sounds to me like they don't have any power at all.
