Re: anyone done washer nozzle upgrade ?

I'm also very interested in this question. Would rather have that nice mist then the random stream. I would assume you'd get the nozzle off another honda?

Well the nozzle is hidden somewhat under the "bonnet" I'm sure it's a plug and play. Maybe I can pull one off my parents Acura CL and try it out :P

Re: anyone done washer nozzle upgrade ?

I have a 4th gen and read somewhere that some folks use an RSX nozzle. Haven't tried it yet, but may work for 4th & 5th gen Preludes. Someone used them on a 98 Civic.

Re: anyone done washer nozzle upgrade ?

Ive used some universal ones off of ebay for my old accord (they had led's on one side) and they worked fine but did not shoot a mist. imo i think they did work better than the originals for aiming and also shot a lot more fluid out.
I dont think ive ever used any that really "Mist" the window because they are made to work at driving speeds right? or maybe i just never really paid much attention to them.

yes i think you are right- they would all be plug in play because its just a hose to a nozzle

i just went to my mom's today and looked at her 06 odyssey, those things shoot out a mist rather than straight stream.. i was gonna "borrow" them but she'd prolly beat my ass. lol jk

Re: anyone done washer nozzle upgrade ?

i removed them because i never use them, and i wanted to clean my bay up.

the clips arent damaged at all. the squirters could use a cleaning though. they work, just a bit dirty.

Re: anyone done washer nozzle upgrade ?

I tried the Fit mist sprayers, and they work. However, the part that keeps them from moving around in the socket is built into the Fit cowl, so they rotate a little in my hood

Cant wait to see how this turns out. And as for the fancy neon squirters those things are tits lol. They are very gaudy but they shoot a pretty good amount of fluid and turn sideways in the hood very easily for optimal squirting of the people beside you lmfao. Sweet
