Bolts need drilled out on ignition?? help

so I took some time today to start taking out my ignition until I came across this. I'm not sure if this is how the bolt is suppose to be or what. Its just a smoth head all the away around like something used from a factory or honda dealership. I thought there was suppose to be a philips head bolt on top. anyway heres pics, Ive stoped working on it until yall give me the go ahead to drill the bolts out. input is needed

pics were taken with phone so if its blurry im sorry. Im taking the whole ignition cylinder out

Everyones bolts look like that. What you can do is use a pair of plyers, crimp down real hard and turn. It's a slow process, but you'll eventually get them out

thanks man all I needed to know. Sucks how they make a simple project hard. Your limited on space as it is. If anyone wants this ignition cylinder they can have it very cheap. It works mostly but just has its hick ups at times, ill make a vid that it actually does turn. If not ill just keep it in garage for parts

Re: Bolts need drilled out on ignition?? help

they are called Sheer Bolts. They are meant to be non removable. aka: drill em out and replace with new ones.
