Cover for the check engine light port

Sorry to be such a tard. I'm looking for the small, plastic, carpet covered panel that covers the computer connection (to check codes). It is on the passenger's side. Does this piece labeled illustration number 10 look like it?

it is #15. i ordered both sides for mine. it does not include the clips. mine snapped right in. but im assuming the clips were still in there
