Windshield washer spray

My windshield washer sprays only on the passenger side.. I looked to see if the tubing was missing and it's there. It's not frozen either because it has been like that in the warm weather.
My question is.. is there one motor or 2 motors for each side?

thanks in advanced

Re: Windshield washer spray

I don't know if the 5th gen has two washer motors but I'll take a guess and say that the nozzle is probably blocked. Disconnect the line and blow backwards through it with some compressed air or stick a pin through it to unblock it.

Re: Windshield washer spray

one motor on the reservoir. like he said its most likely clogged. the way they run the lines, if your passenger is working, the driver side should too. so best bet its cogged.

my vote for clogged. check at the "y" where it would go to the drivers side.

Re: Windshield washer spray

if it were mine, i'd just take em both off. and clean em both out with probably brake clean and compressed air. and then while i was at it replace the line(not required at all but its cheap and easy).

lol i feel u.. at first i was looking at the right side when i got my lude. the tank is actually under driver side fender all the way in the front..motor is attached to it and water lines run through fender to hood to "Y" connector for driver and pass. side nozzles. hope it helps; to make it easier here's the diagram: http://www.hondapartsnow.com/diagram...her-455856.png
