Cylinder 1 misfire, rebuilt engine, need help asap

Ok here's the background,

Oil pump blew out.
Rebuilt entire engine,
-head and block have been machine and honed
-new intake, hoses, clutch and flywheel
-exhaust has had a radius job done

We started it, idled harder than usual, but at the usual rpms
Took it to autzone to get computer checked, codes p1399, p1382
Cylinder 1 misfire,
Cylinider 1 sensor not reading.

Any ideas on what it could be??

Also my fans won't turn on...

Realized I'm an idiot.. Wires and ports were fine. Ended up being someone **caugh caugh** forgot to pressurize valves on cylinder 1.. Aka I ****ed up lol. The engine is completely rebuilt and I mean every bit of it, I'll attempt to post pictures soon, have to enjoy driving it again first, it's been a month since I have!
