please help car wont start

i live in ****in canada(worst place to live in)enough said past month its been below minus 30 and **** and my preludes been sitting in the driveway ever since we got over 20 cenimeters of snow in one night but now its slowly warming up so the other day i tried starting it and it sounds like it wants to start im not sure what you guys call it i think engine turn over but its not making a clickinng noise so i kow its not the battery or whatever. i tried giving it a boost that didnt work all the lights come on just the car wont start and every day it gets closer to starting. i dont know might be the engine is frozen but just curious cause ive been trying to start it for the past couple of days and still nothing. the cars a 97 honda prelude vtech it does have gas it has oil but the car does burn alot of oil and about a month ago i put this honey oil **** in the engine to prevent it from burning oil that could be another possibilty that **** is so thick maybe its frozen in the engine

When did you put that engine treatment in, while it was cold? And did you run it long enough to mix? I'd say if it did thicken your oil up then I would say yes that is a concern in that cold of a climate.

Plus you must have the battery tested to see if it is cranking to its full potential. Batteries are rated to have a certain cold cranking amps, if your battery is weak then it will not be enough to start in colder whether that can possibly be your problem.

edit* nvm I just read you smell gas

do you hear the fuel pump? could be your main fuel relay...or maybe your fuel pump got a little moisture in it and froze...happened to my mustang...i took the fuel pump out and thawed it out and it was fine haha.
