Icon8 Lude problems...

Hi!
Today when i start up my Lude i heard a squeeking noise, for 1 sec and done.. maybe PS pump or loose belt??

And when i start up the car, when engine is cold no problem, when idle raise lower and the minimum went down I touched the accelerator and the car did not respond well, at least went down and the engine misfires ... I also noticed that the exhaust crackles and I tried to make a little ride, but as soon as I pressed the clutch the car is off and has struggled to turn back on ... I'm back in the garage and I removed the EGR valve and I cleaned with a cleaner named K5, came back clean and i have mounted but had no benefits ... What could it be? I hope not to have broken head gasket Yesterday for the first time during the ECU remap the car was pulled hard in 2and 3 gear ... the engine was run for 621 miles after rebuild!!

Re: Lude problems...

Good morning, i have clean the IACV valve, very dirt!
Problem not solve but... finally with my friend i check one Iriduim IX spark.. result: too rich, spark was dirt, black!
Today i clean the spark and i try another chip, whose purpose is to lean the fuel mixture!

Thanks for the help!
Today i have clean the Blox filter and the spark and i have try another chip, with lean mixture than other!
Good job, but at idle the car "fluttuating" ... EGR clean, IACVvalve clean, but problem not solved
For the head gasket.. no problem , when the exhaust is hot, i don't see smoke, when exhaust is cold i see white smoke, i haven't the Catalysator...

I have 2 ideas for resolve idle problem: Or clean the Fast Idle Air control valve, under intake manifold right?
Maybe a TDC sensor broke can make this problem?
Help me, please, and thanks for all!!!

As far as I am aware, you can clean the IAC screen, the vtec solonoid screen, the egr, and other stuff, but not the FITV. I'm pretty sure you only adjust it.

Yeah, I'm pretty positive that is something you just replace. I replaced mine, fixed my problem :) lol

Re: Lude problems...

i had the same problem ended up being the fitv, take it off your throttle body and unscrew the covers till u get to a white piece on one side, theres gonne be this white piece with 2 markings in it that looks like u can use something flat to stick inside it , i used a chisel but i wouldnt recomend it, stuck it right into it and screwed it in all the way clockwise till it doesnt turn no more. worked perfectly havnt had a problem yet for months.

Re: Lude problems...

Hi!
A little info, idle problem solved for now!
Today i have clean the IACV valve, but this don't resolve the problem... my IACV valve aren't very dirty, but a question, from IACV can i make my idle upper than the normal?
However, I finally solved the problem through an adjustment of a screw on the throttle body

Re: Lude problems...

The problem came back ... I just can make of evidence I suspect of air bubbles in the cooling circuit ... the cold car goes very wrong turns and guilt of one tears, air/fuel is too rich that I hope to resolve it as soon as possible with the tuner that made me Ecu mapping.
Performance aren't at the top cause rich carburation, probably by mounting a throttle body of S2K would be better, and to make the maximum should also change the intake manifold, exhaust manifold and full catback ... What do you think? Any advice?

Thanks boys! :-)
