I'm buying a new intake for my 01 and was either thinking type s or the prm what would all of you suggest

You can't go wrong with either of those. Really it's up to you. Do you want the bling of the PRM and they also seem to make good hp or the known hp gains of the type s and the more stock look?

Your not gonna get much with either to be completely honest. Just go for which one you think looks best. I know the prm system "claims" to gain like 15whp, but I HIGHLY doubt its true. Alot of company's make false claims. Just go with whichever u like the looks of most.
