Coolant Temp. Sensor location?

I'm wondering wheres the coolant temp sensor location for a 5th gen? Is it easy to replace?

I'm thinking I might need to replace it , because sometimes if I turn my car off and turn it on again after a couple hours, and I drive for a block, then it seems like I lost a bit of gas already according to the gas gauge.

Green round plugs.

One close to dissy, it's readings is in the OBD-II live data. That's the one ECU uses.

Another one close to the radiator to start the fans when the coolant gets hot enough. To test this, run the car until the CTS on the OBD says coolant has reached 195 degrees I think then fans should come on.
