Re: hellaflush on 5th gen

personally i think coilovers is the best thing... KSport adjustables, u can dropped it as low as u want! maybe wit the 16'' rims it will go good, and u most likely might need to get some ingalls camber kits for the front and possibly the rear..... but yea go wit wat NORDIC said.. im just lettin u kno wat worked for me wen i had my lude

You cant get proper handleing while being hellagehy. It is one or the other.

Re: hellaflush on 5th gen

You're going to get a lot of mixed opinions on this. hellaflush is a love/hate thing. I personally love the ones that are tastefully done without massive amounts of poke or camber, like mindtrickz car that you have posted. I'm hoping to have a similar stance next year sometime. Those wheels in that pic are 17x9/17x8 with a +35 offset i believe, and I think he was using some spacers as well. Coilovers are a great choice when it comes to slamming your lude. D2's go the lowest to my knowledge with up to 4" of adjustability. You will also have to shave your rear bumper mounting tab and move the mount point back just a little and of course a nice rolling of your fenders. You may have to pull the rear fenders a bit dependent upon your width and offset of your wheels.

Re: hellaflush on 5th gen

Yeah, I say go for it if you like it...I'm gonna eventually run some 17x10 +35 5Zigen FN01R-C's wrapped in 235/40 Toyo's. 5mm spacers up front.

Yep yep. I don't really mind the look, but it's not exactly a performance setup. It's one or the other.

^ Actually, wider tires and spacers can give you better handling...

In some cases yes, but not when you are dumped to the ground and your center of gravity is f#cked way up.

Try using puctuation and correct grammar in your posts, that was kind of hard to read.

Anyways, I personally think 10" width is a little extreme especially if you don't want a lot of poke. If you're not looking for something extreme then I would just do the staggered/same offset or 9" all around with a different offset for the front and back.
