code p1337 misfire,HELP!!

ok so the story begins with me putting a jdm motor in to my 97 prelude everything worked fine after the swap for about 3 days, then my valve cover started leacking into my #4 cylinder spark plug which caused problems with my ignition.i i couldnt get the car to strart.after cleaning everything and getting a new icm and ecu. the car started right up with the obd2 p72 but started misfiring and i started having check engine lights like my knock sensor which was bad, "manufacturer ignition mulfanction" and missfire code p1337 which is also a crank position sensor.i checked the sensor out and it was fine no shorts and right impedence. the car still drives but feels weak and the vtec doesnt work.what else should i look at?thanks in advance.

it does not have the right tune for h22a, cuz it was from a stock h22a4 or i dont even know where it was from i bought it for 20 off craigslist lol.the speed sensor is not defective or unplugged, it shows the right resistance and no shorts.
can someone tell me what "l33t" stand for?
