if i where to get that would i still have to bring it to a tuner? and if so would i need like a program or something?

You would have to buy an ODB2 to OBD1 conversion harness to even plug it in. I have not heard anything about these guys before so I cannot comment on their product, but if what I read was true then it sounds like they will give you a map based directly off of the mods that you have in your car which will get you close but is still not a substitute for actually taking your car to the dyno and and getting it tuned properly. This horse gets beaten to death around here quite a bit but once again this isn't a cheap thing that we do with modding cars as a whole and if you cheap out then you won't get the results that you're looking for. Taking your car to the dyno will get Your Car dialed in because even 2 cars of the same year with all the same mods will most likely not run exactly the same so each needs to hit the dyno does that make sense? Sorry my head is still swimming a bit after the company Christmas party last night.
